This is kinda late. This will be after the elections and IF the Rep. take control, this may be DOA.
Obama may be in big problems after this elections along with many of the current players.

What's late about it? Is it ever too late for justice? What do Republicans have to do with this? Nothing is ever DOA. NOTHING!

It will take a vote of congress to approve citizenship. The Rep. have not in the past been favorable enforcing anything in the NMI. They may just sit on this until the present umbrella permits expire and then let the CW go home.(which will create another new round of problems)

Wonder why DHS until now is not releasing regulations for CW what's taking them so long?

Maybe DHS is waiting for the election results.

If the Republicans take control, depending on whom we elect as our delegate, at least some portions of Pub. L. 110-229 may be amended or repealed.

8:33 And in the unlikely event that anyone in Congress would even take a look at the law with all of the serious domestic and foreign problems dominating the agenda, then our Democratic President would veto it.

Not if it's part of a bigger bill, of which the CNMI component is but a small part.

Recall how federalization happened.

Hello? Like the entire CNMI and all advocates were not aware of the CNRA and the contents of the bill? Are you joking? Trust me, we would know if such an amendment were to be included in a larger bill.
