Americans are paying the members of the U.S. Congress for working only 109 days a year. Members claim that "vacations" are working days in their districts. I think that they mean campaigning days.
The do-nothing Congress is now on vacation for 5 weeks. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if they actually worked when they were in session. They do not. Just how do the members take a vacation from doing nothing?
